White water rafting tour takes place on the Köprüçay River in Köprülü Canyon National Park. This amazingly beautiful park is situated 95 km from Antalya. It's the most suitable place for rafting in Antalya region. In the summer months up to 7000 people can raft on the river at the same time. For 14 km along the Köprüçay river stretches the Köprülü Canyon. Its width is 100 m and maximum depth is 400 m. Above the Canyon there is a 27 m high stone bridge Oluk, built by the Romans in the 2nd century AD. In Turkish ''bridge" means "Köprü", that's how the Canyon got it name.
